International orders may take 10-20 business days if shipped through the certified mail.

We can’t make changes to orders that have already been placed and dispatched in the hands of Correos de Costa Rica. If you need to make a change in your order, please email us right away and we will do our best to make the applicable changes prior to being dispatched.
