Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Morenabeachwear.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Morenabeachwear.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, with prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Liability

Morenabeachwear.com is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received payments will be refunded using the method received.

Shipping

The shipping times provided by Morenabeachwear.com are estimated. Morenabeachwear.com will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

Within Costa Rica: 1-2 business days through Correos de Costa Rica (EMS).

DHL Priority Service (Available worldwide!)

    1. Shipping to the United States: 3-5 business days
    1. Shipping to the rest of the world: 5-7 business days

Regular Certificate Mail (International Orders only)

International orders may take 10-20 business days if shipped through the certified mail.

Note that not all countries are eligible for Regular Certified Mail. This is due to the pandemic, as this type of shipping depends on commercial flights. Thanks for understanding!

Refunds & Returns

We know how tricky can be to choose the right size in a swimsuit, so please do not hesitate to contact us for sizing inquiries (if the “size chart” doesn’t convince you!) at [email protected]

If you don’t absolutely love your new Morena Beachwear bikini, send them back for a full refund or store credit within 30 days. Items must be clean, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached. No visible signs of use including deodorant/cosmetic stains, perfume, scents, etc. Please note that we cannot refund the shipping charge, just what you paid for the purchased items. We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

If you want to exchange an item please note that you will have to cover the extra shipping fee.

*Items purchased using a discount code or SALE items, are eligible for store credit only.

COVID Times: Due to the pandemic, we have extended our exchange policy to 4 months, so you have time to figure out the way to ship an item back to us. If you couldn’t make it before 4 months, please send us an email to [email protected] for personalized help. We’ll do our best to help you get the size/style you need!

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is marked as undeliverable or return to sender, a reshipping fee will be required.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has been shipped we cannot redirect it. Morenabeachwear.com is not responsible for, nor able to refund or replace orders shipped to the incorrect address.

Returned / Refused Orders

If you would like to cancel an order that has been refused or returned to us, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount as well as a 10% restocking fee.

Lost Packages

Priority shipping is the only option we offer that includes insurance. If you forgo choosing Priority Mail, Morenabeachwear.com is not responsible for replacing, refunding, or tracking your lost package.
